The 2008-09 OHSAA Eligibility Brochure was printed and mailed to schools May 15, 2008.   Schools needing additional copies are encouraged to print the form below and have copies made for their students.

The Eligibilty Brochure is available for download in two forms below.  The Brochure is available in landscape layout which is the exact layout as the copies sent to schools.   This layout is two-sided and fold into fourths for pamphlet styling.  The Brochure is also available in portrait layout for ease in including in many schools athletic policy handbooks.  Select the style that fits your needs best.

The complete text of the OHSAA Bylaws and OHSAA sport regulations are published in the OHSAA Handbook, of which your school principal and athletic administrator have a copy. Handbooks are also available from the OHSAA at $5.00 each. Always check with your principal or athletic administrator if you have questions on athletic eligibility.
