Information for Regional Qualifying Coaches

Follow the instructions in your District Champion packet.

Due November 2 - 9:00 a.m.

The following forms must be downloaded, completed and e-mailed to Brenda Murray (bmurray@ohsaa.org) by Wednesday, November 2.

Your team photo must be e-mailed to Brenda Murray (bmurray@ohsaa.org) by Wednesday, November 2. If a digital photo is not available, you may mail a print photograph to the OHSAA. It must be received by Thursday, November 3 (use overnight mail if necessary). The digital team photo must be no smaller than 5X7 in size and the resolution must be no less than 300 dpi or ppi.

Print the Regional Expense and Bonus Form Report and take to your regional site manager(s) the night of your game.

If cheerleaders will be used at regional competition, print and complete the Cheerleader Pass List and present to the pass gate for admittance of cheerleaders.

Print the Official Match Roster and Starting Lineup Form and submit to the official scorer 30 minutes before your match.
