• State Semifinalist Meeting
  Information for state tournament finalists shall be forwarded to the athletic administrator of each school via an overnight packet of materials which shall include a DVD of all tournament procedures. Staff liaison Deborah Moore and Tournament Manager Michael Schaefer shall be available for consultation and to answer any questions between the hours of 10:30 AM and Noon on Monday, October 31.

The following forms must be downloaded, completed and e-mailed to Brenda Murray (bmurray@ohsaa.org) by Wednesday, October 26.

• Team Photograph Identification Form

Your team photo must be e-mailed to Brenda Murray (bmurray@ohsaa.org) by Wednesday, October 26.  If a digital photo is not available, you may mail a print photograph to the OHSAA.  It must be received by Friday, October 28 (use overnight mail if necessary).  The digital team photo must be no smaller than 5X7 in size and the resolution must be no less than 300 dpi or ppi
