is 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4. Credentials will be held for pickup at the

company identification. If the team you are covering wins its semifinal
game, the same credential is valid for the championship game.
NOTE ON MEDIA CREDENTIALS: Please note that parents and coaches
may not receive media credentials to OHSAA state tournaments. Media
outlets found to request credentials for those individuals could have
reduced access at future state tournaments.
CREDENTIAL CONFIRMATION: Upon processing a media credential
application, the OHSAA will send a confirmation email to the media
applicant. The confirmation email contains important information about
the state tournament and should be forwarded to all members from the
media outlet covering the state tournament. The OHSAA will also post a
list on its website of those media members who have been approved for
credentials. The list will be posted by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5.
INTERNET ACCESS: Huntington Park has free wireless internet
access throughout the stadium. Please see Joe Santry in the third-base
side press box for log-in details.
MEDIA WORKSPACE: The top two rows of table seating behind home
plate are reserved for media use. Reporters may continue working at
their seats after each game. The stadium’s media work room is located
down the third-base line off the main hallway and contains programs,
lineups and box scores.
BROADCAST INFORMATION: Paul Seiter from the OHSAA and Joe Santry
from the Clippers will coordinate seating placement for broadcast crews.
Postgame shows are asked to be brief if another broadcast crew is
waiting for a phone line that was being used during the previous game.
Broadcast rights fees must be paid before the game. Collection will
occur at your broadcast location. There are two complimentary phone
lines available for broadcasts (must use an 800 number, a credit card,
call collect or have the station call you).
PHOTOGRAPHS AVAILABLE: Media outlets unable to send a
photographer to a state tournament are encouraged to use the OHSAA’s
official photographer, Impact Action Sports Photography. Their website
is www.ImpactActionPhotos.com (click on the media request form). Contact
Joe Maiorana (photojoe2707@yahoo.com) or Ben Barnes (barnziben@gmail.com)
with any questions.
AP MARKETPLACE AVAILABLE: Media outlets that are Associated Press
members will have access to regional and state tournament pairings, as
well as box scores from the state tournament games, as well as recaps of
the championship games. The box scores and recaps will also be posted on
