1.)   District Tournament Requests: Notify the district tournament site
       manager to arrange for media credentials.  Click here to go to the
       Gymnastics web page to access district tournament information. 
       Then click on the district you are covering.  Tournament site manager's
       contact information is located there.

2.)    State Tournament Media Credential Information

DATES: Friday and Saturday, Feb. 29 and March 1
LOCATION: Hilliard Darby High School (4200 Leppert Road, Hilliard 43026)
DIRECTIONS: From I-270 on the northwest side of Columbus, exit at State Route 161/33 west to Marysville. Take the first exit off of West 161/33, which is Avery Road. Turn left (south) onto Avery Road until you reach Hayden Run Road. Turn right (west) onto Hayden Run Road until you reach Leppert Road. Turn left (south) onto Leppert Road and the school will be on the left.
TIMES AND FORMAT: Team competition on Friday begins at 3:30 p.m., while the individual/all around competition on Saturday starts at noon.
CREDENTIAL REQUESTS: Fax your request form to Bob Goldring at the OHSAA office (614-267-1677) as soon as you know you will be covering the state tournament. If you do not know your plans now, fax in your request as soon as possible following the conclusion of district tournament action. The deadline to submit credential application requests is noon on Tuesday, Feb. 26. The OHSAA will post a list on its web site of those media members who have requested and been approved for credentials. The list will be posted by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 27. Once you access the web site (www.ohsaa.org), the list can be found under the “OHSAA News & Media” dropdown box.
PARKING: Media parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and is available adjacent to the high school.
CREDENTIAL PICK UP: Credentials will be held at the entrance into the gymnasium.
WORK AREA/TELEPHONES: A media work area is available as is a telephone on a first-come, first-served basis. For special needs, contact Chip Ebert, athletic administrator at Hilliard Darby High School, at 614-850-1004.
YOUR HOSTS: Tournament manager Alisha Colyer will be available to assist you along with Deborah B. Moore, the OHSAA assistant commissioner who oversees gymnastics.
