Superintendents, Principals, ADs Invited To August Regional Update Meetings

COLUMBUS, Ohio – To help kick off the 2011-12 school year, the OHSAA has scheduled the second annual Regional Update Meetings for superintendents and high school principals and athletic administrators in early August. Commissioner Dan Ross will provide an update on current issues; Associate Commissioner Deborah Moore will give an eligibility overview, and Steve Craig, the OHSAA’s legal counsel, will provide updates on legal issues of which your school should be aware. There is no cost to attend the meetings, which begin at 10 a.m. and will last no more than two hours.

The four meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, August 9, at University of Findlay; Wednesday, August 10, at Hudson High School; Tuesday, August 16, at Wright State University, and Wednesday, August 17, at Dublin Scioto High School.

Registration materials will be emailed in the near future to principals.
