|
Your assigned username and password
is located in the lower right corner of the 2007-08 Application To Renew OHSAA Officiating
Permit. Your username and password may include spaces or other characters, be
sure to enter the username and password exactly as printed on YOUR renewal form
when proceeding with your online payment.

The process and fees
for renewing a permit have changed. Renewal
rates are as follows: $50 for the first sport and $25 for each additional sport. Beginning with this year, officials that renew
online will receive a $7 discount on their first sport and a $5 discount on each
additional sport for fees of $43 and $20 respectively.
Online renewals may be paid by Mastercard, Visa, Discover credit cards or by an
