• Tournament Entry Dates:
  April 22 - April 29 - verify tournament participation and access tournament entry form through myOHSAA.
  April 29 - May 5 -  late entry and withdraw with $150 fee
• Seed and Draw Meeting Date - May 5, 2013

• May 30-31, 2013
• Statewide Tournament Brackets
• Admission - $6 per session
• Media Credentials - all working media requesting credentials should contact the site manager.

  Due May 28 - 12:00 noon

  The following forms must be downloaded, completed and e-mailed to Paul Seiter (pseiter@ohsaa.org) by Tuesday, May 28. School Information Form Team Roster Season Results Team Photograph Identification Form Team Pass List Team Stats Form Finalist Information Sheet Your team photo must be e-mailed to Paul Seiter (pseiter@ohsaa.org) by Tuesday, May 28. If a digital photo is not available, you may mail a print photograph to the OHSAA. It must be received by Wednesday, May 29, use overnight mail if necessary. The digital team photo must be no smaller than 5X7 in size and the resolution must be no less than 300 dpi or ppi.
