Division II semifinals have 2010 Division I state champion and top-ranked Cuyahoga Falls Walsh Jesuit (19-0-2) pitted against Toledo St. Ursula Academy (14-6-1), who is making its second appearance in the state tournament. Walsh Jesuit is the only top-ranked team left in the tournament. The opposite side of the bracket has seventh-ranked Columbus St. Francis DeSales (16-4-2) against fourth-ranked Kettering Archbishop Alter (15-3-3). DeSales has previously won the title three times (95, 97, 98), while Alter is still looking for its first state crown with runner-up finishes in 2001 and 1998.

For the first-ever girls Division III state tournament, fans will see Shaker Heights Laurel (14-5-1) against Archbold (19-1-1). This is each school’s first appearance in the state tournament. The second semifinal game has sixth-ranked Middletown Bishop Fenwick (13-3-5), which won the title in 2008, against seventh-ranked Cincinnati Summit Country Day (15-4-1). This is the first state appearance for Country Day.
