Sept. 11 - The 2009-10 preseason swimming and diving manual for coaches and officials is now available. Click here to view.
 Backstroke Start Altered in High School Swimming

The National Federation of State High School Associations approved eight rules changes for the 2009-10 swimming season, including allowing participants in the backstroke event to start the race with their feet placed on the end wall. Click here for the full NFHS release.
