2016 Sectional/District Tournaments

Tournament Entry Dates:
April 18 - April 25 - verify tournament participation and access tournament entry form through myOHSAA.
April 26 - May 3 - late entry and withdraw with $150 fee
Seed and Draw Meeting Date - May 1, 2016

Admission - $7 per session
Media Credentials - all working media requesting credentials should contact the site manager.

Regional Qualifying Team Forms

Due May 24 - 12:00 noon

The following forms must be downloaded, completed and e-mailed to Brenda Murray ([email protected]) by Tuesday, May 24.
     DO NOT handwrite any information.
     Complete the forms electronically and email them in their original .doc file format.
     DO NOT scan and send as .pdf documents.

Your team photo must be e-mailed to Brenda Murray by Tuesday, May 24. The digital team photo must be no smaller than 5X7 in size and the resolution must be no less than 300 dpi or ppi.
