• Dates*:
    Semifinals: Thursday, May 28 at 2:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m.
    Finals: Friday, May 29 at 5:00 p.m.
     *Dates and times are subject to change, check brackets for updates
• Admission - $6 per session
• Media Credentials - all working media requesting credentials should contact the site manager. Contact information is located on the brackets.

• Regional Qualifying Team Forms

  Due May 27 - 12:00 noon

  The following forms must be downloaded, completed and e-mailed to Brenda Murray ([email protected]) by Wednesday, May 27. School Information Form Team Roster Season Results Team Photograph Identification Form Team Pass List Your team photo must be e-mailed to Brenda Murray ([email protected]) by Wednesday, May 27. If a digital photo is not available, you may mail a print photograph to the OHSAA.  It must be received by Thursday, May 28 (use overnight mail if necessary). The digital team photo must be no smaller than 5X7 in size and the resolution must be no less than 300 dpi or ppi.

• 2008-09 Divisional Breakdown (grades 9-11 enrollment)
    Division I = 413 or more boys
    Division II = 231 to 412 boys
    Division III = 138 to 230 boys
    Division IV = 137 or less
• Tournament Entry Dates:
  April 20 - April 27 - verify tournament participation and access tournament entry form through myOHSAA.
  April 28 - May 3 -  late entry and withdraw with $150 fee
• Seed and Draw Meeting Date - May 3, 2009
