following forms must be downloaded, completed and e-mailed to Brenda Murray
(bmurray@ohsaa.org)
by Wednesday, March 5.
Your
team photo must be e-mailed to Brenda
Murray (bmurray@ohsaa.org)
by Wednesday, March 5. If a digital photo is not available, you may mail a print
photograph to the OHSAA. It must be received by Thursday, March
7 (use overnight
mail if necessary). The digital team photo must be no smaller than 5X7 in size and
the resolution must be no less than 300 dpi or ppi.
