Six teams and six individual not on a qualifying team will advance to the District Tournament at Legacy Lanes, Coshocton, Ohio.
 
Notes
1. Two separate sessions: No scores will be posted from the first session until after the second session has been completed.
2. Teams should not arrive to watch the first session due to the limited amount of seating.
3. First session teams should leave the facility in a timely fashion to allow the fans arriving for the second session.

Qualifiers
Two team and two individual not on a qualifying will advance to the State Tournament at HPL Bowling Center in Columbus, Ohio on Friday February 27, 2026.
