Fundamentals of Coaching

The Fundamentals of Coaching is a five chapter course.   The Online Course is available through the Nation Federation of State High School Associations' web site and can be completed at the participant's pace.  The cost of the online course is $65.  Proceeds from the online course shall be used to fund educational programs and materials to benefit coaches, students and parents in Ohio.

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

Single Coach/ Individual Online Purchase

• Go to www.nfhslearn.com
• Click "Register" in the upper right corner, complete the registraion form.
• Select "Fundamental of Coaching" from the course listing in the left column, click "Purchase".
• Select 'I am purchasing the course for myself", click "Continue".
• Choose "Ohio" from the state list, and click 'Save".

Bulk Online Course Purchase

• Go to www.nfhslearn.com
• Select the "Courses" page from the left-hand menu.
• Click the "Purchase" button.
• Select 'I am purchasing one or more courses that I intend to distribute to others
• Click "Continue".
• Select "Fundamentals of Coaching" as the course, "Ohio" as the state and select the quantity of licenses you are purchasing, click "Add"
• Click "Checkout"
• Select payment type: Purchase Order or Credit Card.

The NFHS offers coaches the opportunity to earn college credit through the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and the United States Sports Academy. College credit is offered for all NFHS courses (excluding free courses) and may be purchased once a course is completed.
