State Tournament Media Information: The following information was prepared to assist you with your coverage of the upcoming OHSAA volleyball state tournament. Please contact Tim Stried (

Dates and Location May 27-28 (Saturday and Sunday at Pam Evans Smith Arena at Wittenberg University)
Format and Times:
Saturday, May 27 - DI semifinals at 1:00 and 3:00pm and DII semifinals at 5:00 and 7:00pm
Sunday, May 28 - DI final at 12:00pm and DII final at 3:00pm
All matches will use rally scoring and the best three out of five sets. All games are played to 25 with no cap (must win by two), with the fifth and deciding set (when necessary) played to 15 (no cap).
Confirmation E-mail and List
Upon processing a credential application, the OHSAA will send a confirmation email to the media outlet. In addition, the media list will be posted at ohsaa.org.
Parking and Media Entrance
There is no reserved media parking area. Media shall park in the parking lots around the arena and enter through the North Lobby. Media shall sit at press row beside the court.
Game Times
The semifinals are on Saturday, May 27. Division II plays at 1 PM and 3 PM. Division I plays at 5 PM and 7 PM. The championship matches are on Sunday, May 28. Division II plays at noon and Division I plays at 3 PM.
Broadcast Information
Broadcast media who need an internet line should ask for Cameron Kozlay or Bri Rost for assistance on press row. The OHSAA rights fee must be paid before the match.
