Division I Recap
MASON, Ohio – The 106th Annual OHSAA Boys Tennis Division I State Tournament was held May 28-29, 2026, at the Lindner Family Tennis Center.
Mason senior Greg Bernadsky won his second state singles title in his third trip to the state championship match. Bernadsky defeated Sylvania Southview junior Landon Vens, 6-0, 7-6, in the singles final to join a list of 31 other two-time state singles champions.
Bernadsky is the third singles state champion from Mason and brought home the Comets’ fourth singles state championship.
In doubles, senior Carson Dwyer and junior Nihal Narisetty won Cincinnati St. Xavier its sixth doubles state championship. The duo defeated junior Enrique Isaev and senior Jerrel Rayen from North Royalton, by a score of 6-1, 6-4.
Division II Recap

Columbiana Heartland Christian junior Cooper Grim won the school’s first tennis state championship. Grim defeated West Milton Milton Union junior Levi Brumbaugh, 6-3, 6-1, in the singles final.
In doubles, junior Neelan Ghandi and sophomore Gareth Kurowski won Cincinnati Indian Hill its sixth doubles state championship. The duo defeated junior Henry Lessard and senior Adrian Schiff from Bexley, by a score of 6-7, 6-4, 7-6.
