COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio high school football postseason advances to the second round this week, with regional quarterfinal games in all seven divisions set to kick off at 7 p.m. Friday night.

 

Spectrum has selected four games for live television coverage and will live stream 21 others. The NFHS Network has also selected 27 games for live streaming coverage.

 

In addition, the OHSAA Radio Network has posted its weekly Playoff Preview Show for stations to download and play prior to their own pregame shows or as part of their weekly programming. Spectrum will televise four games Friday night and provide live streaming coverage of 21 more.

Spectrum’s four televised games (Berea-Midpark at Lakewood St. Edward, Powell Olentangy Liberty at Lewis Center Olentangy, Cincinnati Winton Woods at Cincinnati Princeton, Lima Senior at Trotwood-Madison) will be available on Spectrum News 1, http://SpectrumNewsApp.com and http://OHSAA.tv.

 

The 21 streaming exclusive games will be on http://spectrumnews1.com and http://OHSAA.tv.

 

 

The NFHS Network will provide live streaming coverage of several playoff games each week through the regional finals, including 27 games this Friday. This week’s show includes host Marty Bannister’s interview with OHSAA Executive Director Doug Ute and regional reports from Mark Kunz (Toledo BCSN), Aaron Cassady (Marietta WMOA), Jim Craven (Western Reserve Radio), Chris Solwecki (OHSAA Radio Network) and Ryan Baker (Columbus WBNS Radio).

 

The show includes one local break (2:00) after the interview for stations to insert their own spots.

 

All seven football state championship games will be broadcast by the OHSAA Radio Network. There is no fee to carry OHSAA Radio Network programming and there are 24 local avails in each game. Network game broadcasts are available through Skyview Satellite or an online feed.
