OHSAA Football Playoffs Live Coverage; OHSAA Radio Network Preview Show
Spectrum to cover 23 regional semifinal games Friday night; OHSAA Radio Network Playoff Preview Show linked
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Week three of the OHSAA football postseason kicks off at 7 p.m. tonight with regional semifinal games in all seven divisions.
Spectrum has selected four games for live television coverage and will live stream 19 others. The NFHS Network has also selected 18 games for live streaming coverage.
In addition, the OHSAA Radio Network has posted its weekly Playoff Preview Show for stations to download and play prior to their own pregame shows or as part of their weekly programming. NFHS Network Playoff Coverage
Playoff Coverage on the OHSAA Radio Network
In this week’s show, host Marty Bannister visits with Ashville Teays Valley athletic director Aaron Woollard to discuss what goes into hosting an OHSAA playoff game. The show also includes regional reports from Joe Danneman and Jeremy Rauch (Cincinnati WXIX Fox 19), Aaron Cassady (Marietta WMOA), Matt Goul (Cleveland.com), Chris Solwecki (OHSAA Radio Network) and Ryan Baker (Columbus WBNS Radio).
The show includes one local break (2:00) after the interview for stations to insert their own spots.
All seven football state championship games will be broadcast by the OHSAA Radio Network. There is no fee to carry OHSAA Radio Network programming and there are 24 local avails in each game. Network game broadcasts are available through Skyview Satellite or an online feed.
