The OHSAA 7th & 8th Grade Cross Country State Championship is the ONLY OHSAA-sponsored post season cross country event for 7th & 8th grade teams. While it is a championship event, the schedule features open races, allowing you to bring your entire team to experience the championship.

Changes: Coaches who wish to make substitutions after the entry deadline will be able to do so until noon on Friday, October 23, using the change form. Due to printing deadlines, substitutions made after Tuesday, October 20, will not be printed in the souvenir program. If substitutions need to be made after noon on the 23rd, they can be made by completing a substitution form and turning it in to the timing team at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled race. No substitutions will be accepted via phone, email, text, or verbally. The change form will be shared with coaches after registration closed.
Packet Pick Up: Packets must be picked up by a board-approved coach (no parents) with a valid Pupil Activity Permit at the pavilion near the school transportation lot. The packets will include athletes' bibs and coaches' admission wristbands that must be worn on the wrist. Each team participating will receive 3 wristbands, allowing course access.
Payment: Payment must be made when registering for the meet in Athletic.net. You will be asked to pre-authorize a credit card when registering for the meet. The card on file will then be charged automatically when registration closes. Fees are based on registration not participation.
