Mandatory Coaches Meeting: Coaches must view the Virtual Coaches Meeting by Wednesday, November 4, at 11:59 p.m. The link will be emailed to all qualifying coaches

Changes: While changes for qualifying TEAMs will be accepted throughout the week, only changes submitted following the directions provided in the advancement email by Sunday, October 25 at 2 p.m. will be included in the souvenir program. Substitutions after that time will be accepted via an online substitution form ONLY until noon on Friday, November 6; no substitutions or changes sent via email, text, or phone call will be made. Substitutions after noon on Friday MUST be made by completing the substitution form that is available at the timing van or packet pickup and turning it in to the timing van at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the race. Substitutions within 30 minutes of the start of the race will not be accepted.
Box Assignments: TBD
Packet Pick Up: Packets must be picked up by a board-approved coach (no parents) with a valid Pupil Activity Permit at the pavilion near the school transportation lot. The packets will include athletes' bibs and coaches' admission wristbands that must be worn on the wrist. Each team participating will receive 2 wristbands, allowing course access, individual qualifiers will receive coaches wristbands per the tournament regulations.
