Deadline is Tuesday, October 29 at 6 p.m. Please read media information at link above before submitting. All fields below are required for processing. Form shall be completed by editor or assigner. No school photographers or parents of state qualifiers are permitted to receive media credentials. Persons under 18 years of age may not receive media credentials. Photos from OHSAA state tournaments may not be sold by individual photographers
