Information for State Qualifying Athletes and Coaches

• Practice Availability - The Lindner Family Tennis Center courts will be available for practice beginning at 1 p.m. Thursday and until dusk that evening. 
• Friday Coaches Meeting: 8:00 a.m., Friday, May 25, 2018 on court 10 of Lindner Family Tennis Stadium located at 5460 Courseview Drive, Mason, OH 45040.
  • This is a mandatory meeting for all head coaches and punctuality is critical. The penalty for being fifteen minutes late to the meeting is loss of coin toss plus one game, and for each additional 5 minutes is loss of game (up to three games).
  • Head coaches only due to limited capacity.
• Saturday Meeting: Coaches and Players should assemble at 8:45 a.m. at the Tournament Headquarters.
• School Representatives:
  • No team or individual entry will be allowed to compete in the Sectional, District or State Tournaments unless accompanied by a coach or person authorized by the Board of Education. Teams and individual entries unaccompanied by a coach or authorized person will be disqualified. The school representative shall be present during play of their entries.
• Schedule of Events
• Friday, May 25, 2018 – The Lindner Family Tennis Center
  • First and second round competition in Division I and II singles and doubles. Play begins at 9 a.m. with Division II singles and Division I singles, followed by Division II doubles teams and Division I doubles teams. 
• Saturday, May 26, 2018 – The Lindner Family Tennis Center. 
  • Semifinal and finals competition in Division I and II singles and doubles. Play begins at 9 a.m. with semifinal matches, followed by state finals matches.

• Tournament Entry Dates: April 16 - April 23 
  • After April 23 - late entry and withdraw with $150 fee
• Seed and Draw Meeting Date: April 29, 2018
