Tournament Information Revised: Tournament information will be emailed to the coaches and the athletic administrators on Friday, January 22.
Tournament Entry: The Athletic Administrator at each participating school must indicate their school's intent to participate in the 2021 OHSAA Gymnastics Tournament through the school's myOHSAA account by Monday, February 1, 2021.
Rosters: The name and grade level of all participants from each school must be submitted electronically by Thursday, February 11, 2021 through the Central District web site (CDAB.org). Complete instructions will be included in the tournament information.
Seeding: For the purpose of seeding only, a school must have 4 competitors per event to be considered a team. Schools entering teams will be seeded. Schools entering individuals will not be seeded. Seeding will be done on-line using the Central District web site prior to the draw. Detailed instructions for the online submission of the school's tournament roster and tournament seeding will be included in the tournament information.
Coaches Meeting and Draw: A VIRTUAL mandatory meeting of coaches for all participating schools will be held on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams. Each team must be represented by its coach, administrator or authorized school representative. Instructions on how to access the meeting will be included in the tournament registration materials. Schools with seeded teams not in attendance and schools with individual competitors will be assigned to an open rotation at the conclusion of the draw. Following the coaches meeting, the assigned rotations and time schedule will be posted on the Central District web site by Tuesday, February 16, 2021.
State Team Qualifiers: The top three teams advance to the State Team Tournament on Friday, March 5.
State Individual Qualifiers: Top eight individuals in each event advance to the State Tournament on Saturday, March 6.
